United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio called on Cubans disappointed with the current regime and situation in the island nation to enter into a discreet “partnership” with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
Rubio made the appeal on Friday, posting on X inviting those who want change in Cuba to partner with the U.S. agency.To those who seek to create positive change in Cuba – now is the time,” the secretary stated.
