Conservative comedian Tim Dillon predicted Saturday the U.S. military’s operations against Iran would escalate after the midterm elections.
“Apparently, after the midterms, we’re going ‘full Gaza’ in Iran,” Dillon said on “The Tim Dillon Show” while dressed in observance of Halloween as a combination of the late Republican South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham and alleged murderer Lindsay Clancy. Dillon noted the Pentagon is reportedly ordering military bases to be self-sustaining for 90 days in case of attacks on critical infrastructure. “These bases need to just be self-sustaining for 90 days because we are engaged in a much wider war after these midterms where the Republicans are going to get walloped,” Dillon said. “They’re going to turn the heat up on Iran. I think that’s what they’re saying.”
“They’re coming out and telling everyone that Europe’s like, ‘Hey, stockpile food.’ I think some of that has to do with Russia and Ukraine, obviously,” Dillon continued, referencing the United Kingdom’s “Be Ready” civilian prepardness campaign. “But, you know, all of this is about to get really interesting and we’re being prepared for a big escalation. Now, whether that comes or not, we’re being prepared for it.”
Dillon later said it’s “very funny” that, despite signs the U.S. is generally becoming safer, the government seemingly “just keeps coming out and going, ‘All right, so you guys, you do have to prepare to die, though. You do have to get ready to stockpile — you should be stockpiling food.’”
“There’s absolutely no reason for this,” he continued. “It’s so funny that we’re living in a time when crime is dropping, people are getting older, and instead of figuring out how to take advantage of this period of relative calm in most places … we’re going to go start World War III.”
Dillon later pointed to the government’s reported plan to move key political and military leaders to the Cheyenne Mountain Complex in Colorado in the event of total war.
“You can tell how bad they want this … The idea that they can go into, like, tunnels and they go into secret military installations under mountains [sic]. They have been preparing for this their entire life,” Dillon said. “They would want nothing more than to declare martial law and go underground.”
“They’re going to go underground and they’re going to leave JD Vance to die,” Dillon joked. “JD Vance will be kept out of the tunnel and he’ll be left to be killed. He will be the only one above ground of this government.”
Neither the White House nor Pentagon immediately responded to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s requests for comment.
