Ilan Omar’s allegiance to Somalia above the U.S. is questioned by many, as there are calls for her deportation. Not only did she marry her brother to get citizenship in the U.S., but she’s also accused of setting up workshops to help Somalians evade deportation and advocating the interest of Somalia above the United States.
